You can obtain reporting data gathered from sales which have occurred within your web store, returns and exchanges made to your store, as well as data on the site traffic to your store.
Specifically, Sales reports relate to orders submitted from your site and/or products that were sold as well as any promotions applied. The Customer Service Overview report relates to customer returns and exchanges for items purchased on your store. Site Traffic reports relate to visitor traffic to your site, how engaged the visitors where while on your site, and the number of conversions that happened.
To access your web store’s reports, click the Reports tab from the main menu and the Sales Overview report automatically opens.
