Note -
You must completely power off the switch before disconnecting the data cables.
Similarly, you must attach all data cables before powering on the switch.

Determine if the battery is faulty.

Power off both power supplies.

Remove all IB cables.

Remove the switch from the rack.

Replace the battery.
