Oracle’s goal is to make its products, services, and supporting documentation accessible to all users, including users that are disabled.

Oracle documentation includes features that make information available to users of assistive technology. This documentation is available in HTML format and contains markup to facilitate access by the disabled community. Accessibility standards will continue to evolve over time, and Oracle is actively engaged with other market-leading technology vendors to address technical obstacles so that our documentation can be accessible to all of our customers. For more information, visit the Oracle Accessibility Program website at http://www.oracle.com/us/corporate/accessibility/index.html.

The Business Control Center supports standard keyboard shortcuts used in many software applications. The following notes provide additional information related to accessibility in the Business Control Center.

  • The Access Control and External Users areas contain a menu in the left pane. After navigating to any of the menu items, use the F2 key to select the arrow. Then press Enter to activate the arrow and access more options.

See the Merchandising Guide for Business Users and the Business Control Center User's Guide for additional information on accessibility in the Business Control Center.
