To delete a user profile, find the appropriate internal or external profile entry in Access Control or External Users, right-click the profile and click Delete. This action removes the profile from the repository. It cannot be undone.

Important: Deleting profiles is not recommended. In particular, avoid deleting profiles for any users who have created or edited items in the Business Control Center. The system tracks asset ownership, so deleting the profile of someone who created a project or an asset can result in errors. Deleting the profiles of any logged-in users (including your own profile) can cause data corruption.
