• Added an entry for NetSuite 360 Replaces the NetSuite Account Center.

• Added an entry for Introducing AI-Powered Financial Exception Management (FEM). For more information about this feature, see Financial Exception Management.

Account Setup and Maintenance

• Added an entry for New Preference for Viewing System Notes Using the Analytics Data Source.

• Added information about changes supporting the N/documentCapture module to the Updates to AI Preferences section.

Banking

• Updated Enhanced Transaction Management For Bank Reconciliation to improve structure. The release note now groups information by page and provides more detail about previous and new behaviors.

• Updated the NetSuite 360 help topic to reflect the renaming of the roles, as well as the introduction of a new NetSuite 360 portlet that replaces the NetSuite Account Center in accounts with a U.S.-based billing address.

• Updated the Configure OCI Credentials for AI, Manage SuiteScript AI Preferences, and View SuiteScript AI Usage Limit and Usage help topics with information supporting the N/documentCapture module.

• Renamed the help topic Tracking Email Notifications for SuiteApprovals to SuiteApprovals Email Notifications Guide.

• Updated Allow Site to Be Framed to clarify that the Allow Site to be Framed setting doesn’t change how browsers treat cookies or how NetSuite sets session cookies.

• Updated Prerequisites for ACH Payments to clarify that installing a third-party SuiteApp that supports ACH payments is the first task you need to do to enable ACH payments.

Country-Specific Features

• Updated Audit Files Headers to add new headers for Philippines Audit Files.

• Updated VAT REG TIN or NON-VAT REG TIN Header to explain how the system determines which registered TIN header appears in audit files.

• Added the Creating CFOP Determination Rules help topic.

• Updated the following help topics under Brazil Localization:

  • Roles and Permissions for Brazil Localization, to add the new permissions required to create and edit transactions for Brazil due to the CFOP determination rules.

  • Setup for Electronic Invoicing for Brazil, to include the optional setting of CFOP determination rules.

  • Setting Up Transaction Natures for Brazil, to add a step to create CFOP determination rules.

Field Service Management

• Renamed and updated version 2025.10.3 in Field Service Management Release Notes to add details on testing translations and supported tags and attributes in embedded HTML fields on mobile.

• Added the Multi-Language Support for FSM topic with information about localization features in FSM scheduler and mobile.

NetSuite CPQ

• Added the Making New Items Available for Transaction Fields help topic under Creating Items Required by the Configuration. This help topic explains how to work with item creation records when your account has fewer than 300 items.

SuiteScript

• Added the N/documentCapture Module to the SuiteScript 2.x Modules section.

• Updated SuiteScript 2.x API Governance to include N/documentCapture methods.

• Updated the SuiteScript 2.x Code Samples Catalog section to include links to N/documentCapture code samples in the following areas:

  • SuiteScript Samples Catalog Complete Listing

  • SuiteScript 2.1 Samples

  • AI Samples (under SuiteScript Samples by Function)
