Address Entities

The Address Entities zone lists the entities to which the address is associated. It appears in the Address screen as well as in the Person - Address tab. However, it appears when the address is associated to an entity. It contains the following columns:

Column Name Column Description
Effective Date Displays the date from when the address is associated to the entity.
Address Type Indicates the type of the address. The valid values are:

  • Account Override

  • Person Mailing

  • Person Seasonal
Entity Type Indicates the type of the entity to which the address is associated. The valid values are:

  • Account

  • Adjustment

  • Person
Entity ID Displays the entity ID.
Entity Information Displays information about the entity. In addition, this column has a context menu which helps in navigating to other screens in the application.
Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Person, Account, or Adjustment screen appears where you can view the details of the respective entity.

By default, the Address Entities zone does not appear in the Address screen. It appears when you click the Broadcast (The Broadcast Icon) icon corresponding to the address in the Search Address zone.
