Search GL Extract File

The Search GL Extract File zone enables you to search for the GL extract records available in the system using various search criteria. It contains the following two sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  Search By	Used to indicate whether you want to search for the trial or actual GL extract files available in the system. The valid values are: FT GL Details - Used to indicate whether you want to search for an actual FT GL extract records. Trial FT GL Details - Used to indicate whether you want to search for a trial FT GL extract details.	Yes (Conditional) Note: This field is required while searching for the trial or actual FT GL extract details.
  Batch Control	Used to indicate whether you want to search for the GL extract files which are created as a result of executing a particular batch. Note: The Search () icon appears corresponding to this field. On clicking the Search icon, the Batch Control Search window appears where you can search for the respective batch control. At present you can only search FT GL extract records which are created by executing the GL Download Extract batch control.	Yes
  Batch Number	Used to search GL extract files which belong to a particular batch number of the executed batch control.	No
  Extract From Date	Used to search for GL extract files which are created by executing the GL Download Extract batch from a particular date onwards.	No
  Extract To Date	Used to search for GL extract files which are created by executing the GL Download Extract batch till a particular date.	No

  Note: You must specify at least one search criterion while searching for a GL extract file.

• Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  Batch Control	Displays the batch using which the GL extract file is created in the system. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Batch Control screen appears where you can view the details of the respective batch control.
  Batch Number	Displays the batch number which is created for extracting the GL record.
  Amount	Displays the sum of the transaction amounts from all the GL records of the GL extract file.
  Extraction Date Time	Displays the date and time when the GL extract file is created in the system.
  File Name	Displays the file name using which the GL extract file is created in the system.

  Note: Pagination is used to display limited number of records in this zone. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages.

  On clicking the Broadcast () icon corresponding to a GL extract file, the GL Extract File Details zone appears where you can view a list of GL records of the respective GL extract file.
