ATG Knowledge includes process-level workflows and project-level workflows that you can view in the ACC in Workflows > Publishing > Service. ATG Knowledge uses two workflow types:
Agent workflows: these workflows govern creating, editing, and managing solutions in ATG Knowledge.
Admin workflows: these workflows are used by ATG Service Administration to configure settings on ATG Knowledge and ATG Self Service. They are also used by administrators who are setting up user segments.
