Open the BCC and navigate to Service Admin Publishing > Service Admin Internal.
Follow the instructions to create a new BCC project for your segment and click Continue. The project details page appears. Click the Compose task link to work on the project.
The Browse User Segments pane appears. Click Create New and choose Segment.
The Segment creation pane appears. Fill in the Name and Description fields, and choose Customer Service Agent from the Profile Type dropdown. Be sure to select a parent organization using Select Parent.
Note: Segment names must be 255 characters or less (not including the folder path that contains the segment).
Click Create when you are finished. Click the Rules tab to add users to your user segment. Click Save when you are finished.
In the upper right, choose the Check In action from the Task Action dropdown and click Go.
One you have made modifications, you must deploy the changes.
The project is checked in and you are returned to the BCC Home page. Your internal user segment is immediately available.
