ATG Self Service with Authoring provides global roles, which contain the access rights needed for users to perform different tasks in different user interfaces. Default organizations are already matched to the appropriate roles.
Author, Reviewer, Knowledge Manager – these roles grant access to ATG Service Center for solution authoring and reviewing purposes.
Business Manager – grants access to ATG Dashboard
Super Admin – this role grants complete access to all aspects of Service Administration, Self Service site and all segments, and Workspace.
Service Admin, Workspace Admin, Workspace Super Admin, Self Service Admin, Self Service Super Admin – these roles are designed to grant different levels of access to the BCC and ATG Service Administration to control and configure your ATG Workspace and ATG Self Service applications.
