The Scenarios option in the main ATG Control Center navigation menu contains two items: Scenarios and Scenario Templates. Your ability to access these items is determined by the security rights that the ATG system administrator assigns to your group in the People and Organizations > Control Center Groups window. For example, he or she may give access to scenario templates to some users but not others. For more information, refer to Security Access in the ATG Control Center.
In addition, the administrator can define an additional layer of security that controls access to specific scenario folders and individual scenarios.
Note also that your access rights to content repositories may also affect the items that you can include when you create scenarios. If, for example, you are trying to include a specific file in a slot element, and that file does not appear as an option in the list, you may want to check that your Control Center group has the appropriate access rights to the content repository in which the file is stored.
