If the Event, Action, or Condition elements that come with the system do not meet all your requirements, your application developers can create custom ones. Custom elements appear in the ATG Control Center and you can use them as you would use standard elements.
Note that events, actions, and conditions are the only elements you can customize. The process for adding both is explained in Adding Custom Events, Actions, and Conditions to Scenarios in the ATG Programming Guide.
