The Fulfillment Administration page allows you to view all the shipping groups in the repository that are ready to be shipped. The Shippable Groups section at the top of the page includes a link that retrieves all shipping groups that are ready to be shipped. After viewing the list, you can also use this screen to notify fulfillment that a shipping group has been shipped.
Follow these steps to view a list of shipping groups and notify fulfillment that the shipping groups have been shipped:
Access the Fulfillment Administration page. For more information, see the Accessing the Fulfillment Administration Page section.
Click the “Click here” link in the sentence “Click here to get a list of all the shipping groups in the repository that are ready to be shipped.”
Core Commerce displays a list of all shipping groups with a PENDING_SHIPMENT status.
Enter the Order ID of the Order that contains the shipping groups.
Enter shipping group IDs of the shipping groups that are ready to be shipped.
Click the Ship button.
A JMS message is sent notifying the fulfillment system the specified groups were shipped.
