The MDEX site and catalog filters are applied during all requests to ensure that the correct data is returned. The CSRSiteFilterBuilder extends SiteFilterBuilder to set the current site filter based on the current site scope in the search state object. The CSRCatalogFilterBuilder sets the catalog filter based on the current site scope, using either the current catalog, or all of the catalogs in the current cart sharing group.
