Note: If you have configured your environment with multiple sites, and have set up site access control, the amount of information that an agent will be able to see will be limited based on their site access. Refer to the Controlling Site Access section for additional information.

Commerce Service Center extends the Oracle Commerce Core Commerce returns features for generating returns. Refer to the Core Commerce Programming Guide for detailed information on the returns process.
