The Promotions Browser allows an agent to view all of the promotions that are available, or may become available, to a user. Agents can view promotions that have been granted and the discount amount applied by each promotion. Additionally, agents can search through promotions and grant a promotion manually.
For an agent to access the Promotions Browser, they must have the cmcPromotionsP and commerce-custsvs-browse-promotions-privilege access rights. These access rights are provided in the csrOrders role.
Note: If you have configured your environment with multiple sites, and have set up site access control, the amount of information that an agent will be able to see will be limited based on their site access. Refer to the Controlling Site Access section for additional information.
