Commerce Cloud supports standard keyboard shortcuts that are used in many software applications. The following table describes general keyboard shortcuts for use with the Agent Console.

Tab | Navigates to the next focusable element. To change the focus from the Dashboard icon to the User icon, use the Tab key. Use the right and left arrow keys to navigate among the Dashboard, Orders, Customers, and Returns Processing icons that appear at the top right of every page in the Agent Console. |
Shift+Tab | Navigates to the previous focusable element. |
Up and Down Arrows | With a menu field in focus, use the up and down arrows to change the items within the menu. |
Right and Left Arrows | Use right and left arrows to navigate in the graphs. |
Space | Opens a menu field. Use the up and down arrows to navigate within the menu. Click the Enter key to select an item from the menu. |
