You can review all orders placed by a customer using Customer Search, Orders.
To view the order history for a customer:
Click the Customers button at the top of the page and complete a customer search.
From the Customer Results table, click the number in the Orders column that corresponds to the customer you are interested in. The Order History table is displayed.
The number in the Order column indicates how many orders the customer has previously placed.
To view a specific order, click the associated link in the Order # column. Clicking the link displays the Order Details page.
