Adding a Log Entry for a Funding Request
Procedure
To add a log entry for a funding request:
- Search for the funding request in the Funding Request screen.

In the Search Results section, click
the link in the Funding Request Information column corresponding to the funding request whose log you
want to edit.
The Funding Request screen appears.

Click the Log tab.
The Log tab appears.

Click the Add Log Entry link in
the upper right corner of the Funding Request Log zone.
The Add Request Log window appears. It contains the following fields:
Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No) Request Information Displays information about the funding request. Not applicable Log Details Used to specify additional comments for the funding request. Yes - Enter the comments in the Log Details field.

Click Save.
The log entry is added in the Funding Request Log zone.
