Offset Request Log
The Offset Request Log zone lists the complete trail of actions performed on the offset request. It contains the following columns:
| Column Name | Column Description |
|---|---|
| Creation Date Time | Displays the date and time when the action was performed on the offset request. |
| Details | Displays the details about the action performed on the offset request. |
| User | Indicates the user who has performed the action on the offset request. |
| Log Type | Indicates the type of log. |
| Related Object | Indicates the object or entity which is created when the
action is performed on the offset request. Note: At present, no data
appears in this column. The implementation team can build the custom
logic to meet the business requirements.

| Status Reason | Indicates the reason why the offset request is rejected or unapplied (i.e. canceled). |
Note: You can manually add a log entry for the offset request by clicking
the Add Log Entry link in the upper right corner
of the Offset Request Log zone.
