The To Do List in the Home page of the ATG Business Control Center displays a list of projects that are accessible to the logged-in user. By default, the To Do list contains any project with the status Edit, Deployed, or EditRunning. This behavior is configurable in the /atg/bizui/Configuration component, by editing the processDisplayStatus property list:

You can set the processDisplayStatus property to one or more of the following values:

Edit

The project is open for editing. The display name that appears for this status—for example, in the Available Projects page—is Active Project.

Deployed

The project is deployed to the target site. Note that this status appears mostly for the late model workflows; with the Standard workflow, the status is changed to Completed as soon as the project is deployed.

Completed

The project is deployed and cannot be modified.

Running

Used for ATG Outreach campaigns only. The campaign is deployed and is running on the target site.

EditRunning

Used for ATG Outreach campaigns only. The campaign is deployed and running on the target site, and it is open for modification.
