After you initialize a target site (see Initialize Target Sites), you must specify a project where startSQLRepository imports assets into ATG Content Administration. You do so by supplying either the –process or –workspace argument. When you run the Repository Loader, it creates a project and names it after the values specified in the properties processNamePrefix and timeFormat, and imports the assets into that project.
