この問題は、初回システムブート時に物理機能 (PF) デバイスのみで発生し、仮想機能 (VF) デバイスでは発生しません。
回避方法: qlc.conf ファイルで connection-options パラメータを point-to-point only に変更し、FMA エラーをクリアして、システムをリブートします。
