Account - Usage Amount/Counter

The Usage Amount/Counter zone allows you to search various amount and counter related information, such as average daily balance, average monthly balance, number of auto transfer transactions, and so on, of the account on a particular date and time. It contains the following two sections:

  • Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

    Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No)
    Effective From Date Used to search amount or counter details of the account from a particular date onwards. No
    Effective To Date Used to search amount or counter details of the account till a particular date. No
    Usage Amount Used to search a particular type of amount details. The valid values are:

    • Combined Average Daily Balance

    • Combined Average Monthly Balance

    • Combined Balance

    • Combined Monthly Balance

    Note: You can add the required amount types in the BAL_​FLG lookup field.

    Usage Counter Used to search a particular type of counter details. The valid values are:

    • No. of ATM transactions

    • No. of Auto Transfer

    Note: You can add the required counter types in the CNT_​FLG lookup field.

    Usage Type Used to indicate whether you want to search amount or counter details. The valid values are:

    • Usage Amount

    • Usage Counter

    		 No
    Note: If you search the amount or counter details without specifying any criteria, the system lists the amount and counter details of the account which are available on the current date.

  • Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

    Column Name Column Description
    Effective Date Displays the date for which the amount or counter details are available.
    Usage Type Indicates whether the amount or counter details are available. The valid values are:

    • Usage Amount

    • Usage Counter
    Usage Criteria Indicates the type of amount or counter details.
    Usage Displays the amount or counter depending on the usage criteria.
    Currency Indicates the currency in which the amount is available.
    Note: The data does not appear in this column when the counter details are displayed.
