Using the BCC, you can configure ATG Knowledge Topic Settings, which modifies the way that topics are displayed in the topic tree and in the topic list in the results list. Select the Service Admin > Service Admin Configuration > Service Project
> Service Center > ATG Knowledge Settings > Topic page to enable or disable the display of document counts per topic.
Enable “Other” Topic –Select this box to enable a topic called “Other” to appear in the topic tree. Any solutions that do not have a topic are automatically included in “Other.” The “Other” topic is enabled by default
Enter the number of columns to use to display results in the Focus Results by Topic on Results Page field.
