In ATG Service applications, it is possible to create scenarios that respond either to the actions of internal users or the actions of external users. ATG uses two Scenario Managers to control this mechanism – ScenarioManager
and InternalScenarioManager
.
Scenarios in which the external user is the subject of the scenario belong in the standard
ScenarioManager
. (Examples include when the external user’s profile drives the scenario, or the external user’s behavior on the ATG Self Service website drives the scenario.)Scenarios in which the internal user is the subject of the scenario belong in the
InternalScenarioManager
. (Examples include when the internal user’s profile drives the scenario, or if actions the internal user takes in ATG Service Center drives the scenario.)
