ATG Knowledge Reports use the data collection functionality of the ATG platform combined with the reporting engine of ATG Customer Intelligence to provide business reports on activities conducted by ATG Knowledge users.
This section describes server-side requirements for configuring, and running ATG Knowledge Reports.
Before starting this section, ensure that you have configured ATG Reporting as described in Chapter 7 of the ATG Service Installation and Configuration Guide and imported the reports and metadata as described in Chapter 5 of the ATG Customer Intelligence Installation and Configuration Guide.
