To create a folder for a targeting item:
From the Home page, do one of the following:
From the To Do list, choose a Manage Commerce Assets project, and click Author.
Create a project: In the browse pane, open Merchandising and click Manage Commerce Assets. Supply a Project Name and, optionally, a Project Description.
Select Targeting and Segmentation from the application switcher dropdown list at the top of the left pane.
Select an item type from the Show list.
Click the Create New icon.
Select Folder.
Specify a name for the new folder.
Click Create.
The new folder appears in the Browse list (you may have to refresh the page to see it). It is also added to the project as an asset and will be deployed to the live sites when the project is complete.
