When you create an item, you can specify a parent folder. You can change that selection up to the time you click Create.
To select a parent during item creation:
Click Select Parent at the top right of the new item details pane in the targeting interface.
In the asset picker, click the button next to your choice, then click OK. Note that the root directory, which does not appear in the left pane display, appears on the asset picker list. You can choose any folder that exists below the root (
RepositoryGroupsorRepositoryTargeters).The name of the folder you select appears above the Select Parent button.
If this is the last action in the creation process, click Create. Otherwise, finish the configuration and then click Create.
