Tags you create in the Details pane of an article or media content asset are automatically assigned to that asset but are also available to be assigned to other articles and media content assets.
To create a new tag from the Details pane of an article or media content asset, complete the following steps:
Select an article or media content asset in the Browse or Find panel to display its properties in the Details pane.
On the General tab, click the Tags property.
In the Tags collection editor, click the + button and enter the text for the tag in the window that appears. See Creating New Assets for more information.
Click Create.
The new tag appears as the first item in the collection.
(Optional) To assign existing tags to this asset, click Select in the Tags collection editor and search for tags to add. For more information, see Working with Collection Editors.
