Create a hierarchy of price lists, starting with a base price list from which other price lists inherit. That way, you need to provide prices to other lists only when you want to override the defaults from the base list.
There are two views that you can use to create and delete price lists. Depending on how your administrator configured Merchandising, you might not see both views.
Price Lists view organizes price lists in a tree that reflects the inheritance relationships among lists. Base price lists display on top and nested within them are their child lists.
Price Lists and Folders view organizes price lists in the folders that you create. If you do not add price lists to folders, they appear alphabetically in the top-level of the hierarchy. If you use this view, it is a good idea to create the folder structure first, then create price lists within this structure.
Price list folders help you organize price lists, but the folder hierarchy does not represent the parent-child hierarchy that controls price list inheritance.
