You can also set up an Action element that removes specific content from a slot or clears a slot completely. This feature is most useful for slots with a rotating item retrieval mode; for destructive slots, the system removes items automatically.
To remove contents from a slot, do the following:
Add an Action element to a scenario and select Remove Items from Slot as the option.
Specify the slot from which you want to remove content items.
The next part of the element contains three options as shown:
Use the Named option to specify the item or items you want to remove.
Or: Use the From Targeter option to remove content defined by a specific targeter.
Or: Use the All Items option to clear the slot completely.
If you chose Named, specify the item or items to remove. If you chose From Targeter, specify the targeter whose content you want to remove.
