You typically start the Dgidx process by using the
runcommand utility of the Deployment Template.
The
runcommand utility lets you start the Dgidx indexing
process on a remote Endeca data processing server.
To run the Dgidx process:
Run the command from the Deployment Template:

In addition to running Dgidx with the Deployment Template
runcommand, you can also run the Dgidx executable binary from the command line. This can be useful for troubleshooting purposes.
