You cannot delete internal user profiles but you can deactivate them. Deactivated profiles cannot be used to access the service. Keep the following in mind before you deactivate user profiles:
Only users with the Administrator role can deactivate and reactivate profiles.
You cannot deactivate the default Administrator profile that was provisioned with your instance of Commerce Cloud.
You cannot deactivate the profile you are currently logged in with.
You can reactivate any deactivated profile.
Commerce Cloud does not notify users when their profiles are deactivated or reactivated.
Deactivating a profile does not automatically expire its password or secret key.
To deactivate a user profile:
Click the menu icon, then select Settings.
Select Access Control from the Settings list.
Click the name of the user whose profile you want to deactivate.
Click the Deactivate button.
Confirm that you want to deactivate the profile.
To reactivate a user profile:
Click the menu icon, then select Settings.
Select Access Control from the Settings list.
Click the name of the user whose profile you want to reactivate.
Click the Reactivate button.
Confirm that you want to reactivate the profile.
