From the Reports page you can access any of the Site Traffic reports. You will see them listed in the lower left section of your screen.
Oracle Commerce Cloud reports categorize your web store’s site traffic data under the following three sub-categories:
Traffic Volume - displays information relating to traffic volume experienced by your web store, broken down by day, week, or month. This report includes metrics such as number of visits, number of visitors, and the number of pages viewed.
Engagement - displays information relating to how engaged your visitors were while on your site, broken down by day, week, or month. This report includes metrics such as page view per visit, number of new user registrations, and the registration rate.
Conversion - displays information relating to the number of conversions that occurred on your site, broken down by day, week, or month. This report includes metrics such as the number of visits resulting in orders, and the average value of various revenue figures per visit. The revenue figures (gross, net, discount) per visit metrics display only when one currency is configured. When multiple currencies are configured only the Conversion and Conversion Rate metrics are displayed.
