From the Reports page you can access the Customer Service report. You can see it listed in the left section of your screen.
Oracle Commerce Cloud reports categorize your web store’s returns and exchanges data under the following category:
Overview – displays information relating to the number of exchange and return transactions that have occurred for the selected timeframe and chosen currency value, as well as for the number of items affected by such transactions. Note that loyalty points can be chosen as your preferred currency.
