You can publish changes at a future date and time that you specify. You can also set up a schedule to publish changes at regular intervals, for example, nightly. Scheduled publishing operations publish all changes in the Updates to Publish list; you cannot schedule a publish operation for only selected changes.
To create a publishing schedule:
Click the menu icon, and then click Publishing.
At the top right of the updates list, click Schedule.
Specify a date and time to publish. Both date and time are required; there are no default values for either.
The date and time you specify here use the time zone you configured on the Location tab on your store’s Setup settings. See Enter basic store information for details about viewing and changing the time zone.
Click Schedule.
(Optional) To set up intervals to publish changes, repeat steps 3 and 4 for each new future date and time you want to specify.
