Oracle recommends that you upgrade the software described by this documentation as soon as possible.
To save your changes to the firewall rules so that they are
loaded when the iptables service next starts,
use the following command:
# service iptables save
The command saves the rules to
/etc/sysconfig/iptables and
/etc/sysconfig/ip6tables.
