There are several ways to navigate ATG Commerce Service Center.
Keyboard Navigation
ATG Commerce Service Center contains keyboard shortcuts that enable you to move quickly throughout the application. Refer to the Utilities > Shortcuts menu for a list of all the possible keyboard shortcuts.
In addition to shortcuts that navigate to specific pages or areas, there are also shortcuts that navigate relative to your current location.
You can navigate forward and backward through the title bar, global context area, tabs, and the content areas using the
CTRL+.
andCTRL+,
keys.You can navigate forward and backward through the panels using the
ALT+.
andALT+,
keys. Navigating this way will automatically move from the last next steps panel to the first workspace panel when moving forward (or vice versa when moving backwards)The Up and Down arrow keys navigate between sub-menu options. The left and right arrow keys navigate between the main menu options.
Esc Key - navigates from a sub-menu back to a main menu Enter Key - fires a sub-menu option
The Enter key provides a sub-menu option. The Esc key navigates away from a sub-menu back to a main menu. Note: Using the Esc key is the only way to return from a sub-menu to a main menu.
Tree Navigation
The Product Catalog is divided into categories that are displayed in a tree format. Clicking the +
sign will display the information below the item, while selecting the –
sign will collapse the information.
Tab Navigation
When you use the tab key, the screen will show the current location of the cursor as you tab throughout the application. Whenever your cursor lands on an element, a small dotted border appears around object and then fades half a second later to identify the element that has the current focus.
Order Summary Panel
The Order Summary panel is designed to help guide you through the activities that must be completed to create or modify an order, as well as providing a means of navigation to those activities. You can use the Order Summary panel to modify the shopping cart, shipping address, shipping method, billing, or scheduling of an order, as well as to manage returns and exchanges.
