You can cancel an exchange at any point by clicking the global content area Cancel icon while entering the exchange information.
When you click the Cancel icon, you will be prompted to make a choice:
You can cancel the new order portion of the exchange. Select this option when you want to cancel the exchange process because the customer has decided that they would rather have a refund.
You can cancel both the return and the new order. Select this option to cancel the entire exchange and return process because, for example, the customer has decided to keep the merchandise.
After you have indicated the action to take, click Yes to cancel the order. Click No to end the cancelling process and return to the Exchange screen.
