Select the Tickets tab.
Enter the Ticket number in the Quick Search box.
The ATG Service Center returns the tickets in the Ticket Results panel. Select the ticket to make it active in the Global Context Area.
You can also use the Advanced Search link to search for tickets based on criteria you enter, including Ticket Status, Ticket Escalation Level or Ticket Assignee.
Click Find. The results are returned in the Ticket Search Results panel.
