To associate another ticket with the current ticket:
In the Global Context Area, select the link for the ticket.
The system displays the ticket information.
Edit the ticket by clicking the edit icon.
Select the Associate Ticket link.
Enter the ticket to associate.
The system displays the related ticket in the Related Ticket panel.
