Based on a scheduled orders status, the order can be activated or deactivated.
Select the scheduled order from the Customer’s Order History panel.
Identify the scheduled order template to modify. Select Activate in the Actions column to activate a schedule that has been deactivated or has failed. Select Deactivate to deactivate an active schedule. A deactivated schedule will have the status of inactive or failed. Select Deactivate to deactivate a schedule that is active.
The status of the scheduled order will change in the Status column, and the scheduled order will be modified.
