A new, temporary ticket is created whenever you start a new call. As you perform various activities (create a profile, create and submit an order, process returns, etc.), these activities are recorded in the ticket. Later, you can consult the ticket for information, or update the ticket to add further information or activities.

When you modify or submit an order, the current ticket is associated with the order. If you create a new ticket and then modify an existing order, the new ticket will be associated with the existing order. Multiple tickets can be associated with a single order, and multiple orders can be associated with a single ticket.
