Note: If you are submitting an order from a customer that contacted you with the optional eStara integration, meaning that you entered, or were routed to, a phone number from a ClicktoCall customer, ensure that the customer does not edit the order after you have submitted it, as their edits will not be part of the submitted order.
Use the Order Review page to review the order summary information with the customer.
To make any changes, click Edit to go to the appropriate page. Then navigate back through the checkout process to the Order Review page.
If applicable, add any additional comments in the Add a Comment section.
Click Submit to submit the order for processing.
You can also save the order without submitting it for fulfillment or create a scheduled order. For information on creating and submitting scheduled orders, refer to Scheduling Orders.
Once the order has been submitted, you will see the Confirm Order screen that contains the order confirmation number. You can send the order confirmation information to the customer by verifying their e-mail address and clicking Send. For anonymous users, you can create a profile from the information entered for the order.
