Viewing Orders Associated with the Current Ticket
To view the orders associated with the current ticket:
In the Global Context Area, select the link for the ticket.
The system displays the ticket information. A link for each associated order appears on the Tickets menu.
In the Tickets menu, click the link for the order you want to view.
