Once you have created a scheduled order template, you can associate it with multiple schedules. The customer and order information remains the same for the order, but the frequency for which the order is scheduled can be modified. This is helpful in situations where the customer may wish to have an increased shipment during a particular season.
View the scheduled order template. You can search for scheduled order templates by selecting Scheduled Order Templates in the order status drop down menu of the Order Search screen or on the Profile View page.
Click Add Schedule. This allows you to create and add a new schedule to the template as outlined above in the Creating a New Scheduled Order section.
