The status of an item indicates where an individual item is in the shipping process. The following table describes each item status.

The item is not available in your company’s inventory because the company no longer carries the item. | |
The item is not available in your company’s inventory because the company does not carry it. | |

The item currently is not available in your company’s inventory; it has not been reordered. | |
The item is ready for shipment to the customer. | |
The agent has submitted a return request for the item, but the item has not been received by your company yet. | |
The item is available in your company’s inventory. It is being prepared for shipment to the customer. | |
The item currently is not available in your company’s inventory. The company did not previously carry the item, and the initial shipment of stock has not arrived. | |
The agent has requested that the item be deleted from the order. ATG Commerce is determining whether the item can be removed (for example, the item has not already shipped). | |
The item has been removed from the order. | |
The item has been returned by the customer, and the return has been processed. |
