Persons Search

The Persons Search page displays the results of an (advanced or quick) search over persons. Once executed, this page shows a list (display only) of the persons that meet the search criteria. The page provides direct access (using a deep-link) to the View Person page, so the user can access the page to see an overview of the Person (described in View Person).

A new Persons Search page tab will open if the user either executes a query using the persons quick search function in the Policies regional area or clicks on the advanced search button in the regional area (described in Policies Menu). The retrieval and display of data in this page is subject to restrictions described in the implementation guide for User Access.

Advanced Search

The advanced search functionality is located in the upper part of the Persons Search page local area. The advanced search offers the following fields as search criteria:

Initials	Search on person initials: Free text field
First Name	Search on person first name: Free text field
Middle Name	Search on person middle name: Free text field
Name Partner	Search on person partner name: Free text field
Suffix	Search on person suffix: Free text field
Date of Birth	Search on person date of birth: Date picker
Gender	Search on person gender: Free text field and dropdown on Person Gender
Street	Search on address street: Free text field
House Number	Search on address house number: Numeric field
Number Addition	Search on address number addition: Free text field
City	Search on address city: Free text field
Postal Code	Search on address postal code: Free text field
Country	Search on address country: Free text field and LOV on Countries
Country Region	Search on address country region: Free text field and LOV on Country Regions
Assigned Provider	Search on assigned provider: Free text field and LOV on Providers
Policy Code	Same as in the Quick Search functionality
Dynamic Fields	Search on dynamic fields that are configured (searchable) for relations

Note that it is not allowed to search without criteria or use wildcards in the first position.

Search Results

Once the search is executed and processed, the search results will display in the lower section of the page. The header of this section shows the number of returned search results. The following (read-only) fields are displayed:

Code	Code of the person (deep links to the View Person page)
Formatted Name	Formatted name of the person
Date of Birth	The person’s date of birth
Gender	The person’s gender
Current Address	Formatted default address valid on system date

The search results are ordered by code. All results are shown in a single table. The user can go through the search results by using the (search result) table scrollbar. When a search yields more than the maximum number of results that can be displayed in the page, the user is warned by a warning message in the header of the section. Note that this search also returns persons that are not enrolled on any policy.
