Oracle Fabric OS Configuration Wizard Parameters


Note -  If the Oracle Fabric OS configuration wizard is able to automatically determine a parameter, it will not ask you to provide it.

1 - 8
Zero bypasses the parameter.
If yes, what is the minimum number of digits in the password?
1 - 8
Zero bypasses the parameter.
If yes, what is the minimum number of special characters in the password?
1 - 8
Zero bypasses the parameter.
If yes, what is the minimum number of upper case letters in the password?
1 - 8
What is the password for the root user?

Note -  This password will also be used to log into Oracle Fabric Manager.

What is the password for the admin user?

Note -  This password will also be used to manage the switch from within Oracle Fabric Manager.

What is the switch's timezone?
Tab through to choose from displayed.
What is the chassis MAC address?

Note -  MAC addresses must be unique for each switch for vNICs to operate correctly.
